The new version is out! With this version, NLD-RX has adopted the EDIFACT Standards and supports multiple gateway types for incoming message. You can exchange documents in multiple formats. We now can communicate via X400 and exchange EDI messages with your IT systems. Read the releasenotes for more information.

EANCOM EDI  EDIFACT Standards

Increase processing speed, reduce errors, and connect with business partners worldwide

To meet the EANCOM EDI Standards, NLD-RX has adopted EDIFACT Standards with an EDIFACT subset agreed between international trading partners. 

We have implemented standard messages that cover the functions required to affect a complete trade transaction. 

EANCOM uses a standard numbering convention, an EAN worldwide unique identification number to increase processing speed, reduce errors, and connect with business partners worldwide.

The NLD-RX platform can now communicate via X400 and exchange EDI messages with your IT systems, saving you time and money. 

X400 is an OSI standard for exchanging messages, both between people (e-mail) and between software applications. It is often used in the context of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), which is a standardized method of transferring data between different software applications. 

It is designed to help companies communicate effectively and secure with each other. Secure and reliable means that spam and viruses do not stand a chance, and that messages are delivered quickly and guaranteed from and to registered parties.

Additional valuable item properties

Items now have additional valuable properties for better management. These properties can also be imported via Excel. The added properties are:

• Brand
• Replaced by field (You can replace products by linking them to other/new products. Search items on item ID or name/description to link and replace items)
• Statuses are added to indicate the availability of an item;
  • Active
  • Inactive
  • Temporarily unavailable
  • On preorder
  • While stock lasts

• There are more GTIN identification properties added.

- Buyers can now see the availability item status per order line on DesAdv documents.

- NLD-RX can sync the sellers' items with Exact Globe.
